• We require a $50 deposit to hold your event date at least one week in advance to your booking date. This deposit also goes towards your total.

• Remaining balance will be due the day of picnic, four hours before you enjoy your picnic.

Each picnic is allotted two hours for enjoyment. *Please note that a fee may be applicable for additional requested time.

We do not provide food necessarily BUT we do offer a variety of food options considered 'add-ons". Party sizes over 10 will automatically come with a our popular charcuterie board.

A delivery charge may apply if the desired picnic location is over 20 miles from zip code 31907.

If the weather isn't cooperating on the day of your picnic, you can either reschedule or change the location to an indoor picnic that you can provide.  We cannot refund payments due to weather cancellations but we can reschedule according to availability.
